"MY Access!® is a rich writing environment for students. It allows them to be their own editor which is what we know truly make a writer become independent. Both the middle school and high school in our district assigned weekly writing which had to be written into MY Access!® We were trying to encourage two skills: Writing on demand, and Writing Indepently. We will continue this next year. The MY Access!® writing environment allows the teachers to quickly make the students accountable for their weekly writing. Originally, the teachers were not sold on this process. However, once two months went by the all saw a higher level of writing with their students. I truly believe this weekly writing process helped our students with their writing in both the short answer responses on the state test and the English 7 and English 10 essay writing."
