Vantage Learning To Further Educational Needs in South Korea Through Partnership with Digital Daesung

Partnership with Korean company provides educators and students with Vantage Learning's customized web-based learning tools to enhance English reading and writing skills

Newtown, PA, April 18, 2005 - Vantage Learning (www.vantagelearning.com), the leading provider of online assessment and automated essay scoring, today announced its partnership with Digital Daesung, a South Korean education leader specializing in learning centers, e-learning, educational content, and testing services. Digital Daesung will offer Vantage's off-the-shelf and customized educational and commercial web-based solutions to enhance the English reading and writing skills of primary and secondary school students throughout South Korea.

Digital Daesung was founded in March 2000 to raise student achievement through research-based teaching, accurate testing systems, interactive professional development and integrated use of technology in the classroom. Digital Daesung currently manages more than 173 Daesung N School Centers for secondary school students and more than 440 Daesung Genex Schools for primary school students, where participants are achieving annual academic gains well above national norms.

In addition to Digital Daesung's current offerings, students throughout the country will have the opportunity to use Vantage Learning's suite of products, including MY Access!™ and Learning Access!™. MY Access! is Vantage's online writing tool powered by IntelliMetric®, its award-winning artificial intelligence scoring engine; Learning Access! is a suite of online diagnostic tools for assessments of student knowledge in reading, writing, math, and science,.
