- All user activities are completely controlled by the administrator within the VanGuard operating system
- Students are not able to access Web sites or use hotkeys, instant messenger, menus or right-click mouse functions
- Students cannot log in to the system after school hours or on the weekend
- Entering a daily access key and test key are also required to log in and begin a test
